I welcome you to enhance your health and well-being however you rank your fitness level!Your health comes first as it impacts everything you do and how comfortable you feel during each day. Evolving into a healthy lifestyle is not difficult, rather quite rewarding as you become more mindful of how your body moves and how you eat. I will guide you through key concepts of exercise physiology and bio-mechanics, nutrition, and lifestyle analysis. My focus is a functional approach to exercise, incorporating more natural body movements by working several muscle groups simultaneously. Integrated muscle patterns challenge the central nervous system in forming new motor patterns, building strength, flexibility and balance through coordinated efforts. We will work through exercise progressions in a circuit format to build endurance strength. Activation of the core musculature, spinal stabilization and maintaining proper posture will be closely monitored to prevent injury and insure full exercise benefits. Besides gaining muscle mass and losing body fat, exercise and good eating habits improves your energy, appearance, self-esteem, and enhances all systems of the body, helping in disease prevention.
