I will also focus on utilizing integrated muscle patterns that challenge the central nervous system through exercise progressions. This functional approach incorporates more natural movements binnervating several muscle groups in concert with each other, improving strength, balance, flexibility, and in circuit format improves endurancestrength as well. Activation of the core musculature, spinal stabilization and maintaining proper will be closely monitored to prevent injury and insure full exercise benefits. Besides gaining muscle mass and losing body fat, proper exercise and eating habits improves your energy, well-being, self-esteem, appearance and enhances all systems of the body, helping in disease prevention.
