| My early background in athletics included volleyball, swimming , boxing and soccer. I learned early the importance of physical fitness and how fitness contributes to a healthy mind and body. My goal is to integrate all my sports experience with my continuing fitness education to customize an individual programs to achieve the maximum benefit for each of my clients.
In addition to traditional body building my programs focus on Pillar Strength-Building the muscle attached to hips, pelvis , lower back, abdominal and shoulder blades. By building these vitals muscles, the whole body grows Stronger with a greater immunity to hips and lower back problems. With the right amount of dedication I can show you remarkable gains in muscle mass, mobility, posture and vitality along with weight lost.
What I enjoy the most is always expanding my education about various fitness programs. Currently, I am training under Master Trainer Shaun Edwards of Clarity Body & Mind Pilates specializing in Mat & Reformer- level one and Wunda chair int'l training program. Additional enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training at the University of Massachusetts.
To be fit is not about have nice legs or arms, but about the whole you; the individual feeling fit, healthy.
