From my own experience, I know going to the gym and working out can seem intimidating and sometimes baffling–

For beginners: Why do it? Where to start? What are my goals? How much and what kind of exercise is really necessary? What is that machine for and how do I sit/stand/lay down on it and use it? Weights? Reps? Set? Aerobics? Diet?

For the experienced: How do I get back into training after a break? How to I get out of a plateau or workout rut? How does diet effect my workout and results? What’s my next step?

I’ve been through ALL this. And deciding to work with a certified personal trainer was the single most valuable decision I made in my own quest for physical fitness. I’d like to share what I’ve learned through experience and ISSA training to help you:
