It’s never too early or too late to start exercising or refresh and reinvigorate your current regimen.  My mission as a personal trainer is to bring the amazing power of fitness and exercise to the individuals I work with.

I believe there is no cookie-cutter approach to personal training.  My job is to work with you to identify your fitness goals and design a personalized program that helps you meet them safely, effectively and enjoyably.

Our work together begins with a thorough assessment.  During the assessment we will talk about what you would like to accomplish; your health and exercise history; and, challenges that you might have faced in the past that have prevented you from accomplishing your fitness and well-being goals.  In addition, I perform some basic body composition, postural and flexibility assessments.  Putting all the information together, I will offer my best advice on how we might move forward together.

A native of Massachusetts, I recently moved to Truro year round from San Francisco where I trained at Diakadi Body, a gym that was voted as having the best personal trainers in San Francisco in 2006 and 2007 by Citysearch San Francisco.  In addition to my work in fitness, I am also a clay artist.
